the old fashion way, soap powder, scrub and water.
put under the sun to dry, you may want to do it on an off day.
had clean using various kinds of cleaners but nothing beats the old way.

Well you can either pick up some carpet cleaner from wal-mart it's in a can and it is very cheap 97 cents a can and after you spray it scrub it or you can go to the car wash and hang them up and use the power washer which works awesome and put them in your trunk and take them out when you get home and let them dry

Get a can of "Tough Stuff" cleaner from a auto parts store or Wal-Mart. The foam cleaner is the best I have found.

use a pressure washer and some soap then let the floor mats dry out

Get some carpet and/or upholstery cleaner sold at auto-parts stores. Read label and test for color fastness. Easy to use.
