yes but sometimes I feel that it makes me feel sleepier cause I know I have a duty to stay awake.
like when my baby nephew is sick and I'm watching him I wont let my self sleep cause I always have to check if he is breathing and stuff. well I don't have to do it but its a habit.
its a natural mother trait I have even though I'm not a mom.
what can I say, I love the little guy.

If I am facing fear I will stay awake! Unless of course, it's fear from a nightmare!

Well, I'm awake. In the middle of this 'perspective abyss' that I currently inhabit, I fear that all I want/need has come to naught and that my heart will not recover this time. So for me, being awake is dwelling in fear... or is it self-pity?

It's better to get rest, staying awake too long only creates more problems in my experience.
