Give it a few days, and if you do not have a normal period, take a home pregancy test. This is all the advice I can give with such a vague description, sorry.

Nothing - its normal to have a wattery discharge sometimes...so relax...may be ur period is delayed for a few days...or weeks....see what happens next month - probably a change in hormones.
if you're concerned about pregnancy - take a urine pregnancy test

depending on your age your periods may not be reguarly yet and when you get the watery discharge (kind of like egg white) you are ovulating.
