I SURE would. its not the sex or race of a person that determines a good president...or person at that. Its the person alone. Its ignorant and disgusting in my eyes...this thought of our leaders have to be white males. I think once our older (mostly racist) generations die off then yes we will have a colored or female president. Our generation is a lot more open minded and not judgmental like that...because so many places are so culturally diverse now. I hope and believe in our life time we'll get to see this :) God bless

I don't see why it would matter, personally I think that the reason we haven't had a female president or a non Caucasian President is because of Market Research. After all the two most important characteristics for a president are : Bank Balance and Media appeal.

We wont be ready for this next election. I personally would not mind as long as she or the non-white president gets the job done. Even though a lot of people would say that they want a different kind of president, its not going to happen for a while.

I have no objections. Women leaders in all countries would lead us in a different direction.
Here in America, I say it is going to be very interesting what happens in 2008.
It's too soon for me to make a choice until all candidates throw their hat in the ring.
I'm going to support whom ever is voted in. We need to stand United. Unity in any country, stands for the power to get things done for the good of the country.

I'm English and live in Britain, so I suppose my opinion doesn't really count on this subject! But I certainly don't see why not! I mean this is supposed to be a clever modern society that is ready for some positive changes against predjudice and for respect of a non-white powerful woman!

i do in contrast to Barack Obama because of fact he's without doubt certainly one of the main liberal Senators in Washington who might have not have been given any success interior the conservative South whilst they study what he's actual all approximately it relatively is very very nearly opposite of his reasonable speeches wherein he lies. Hillary could be extra electable yet she has loads of luggage especially a husband named bill and a 40 two% adverse score. Condy Rice suits the two standards yet I see her as extra a vp candidate in the present day, yet she could be a substantial contender in years to come.

as long as her name isn't Hillary Clinton sure I'll vote for a woman
as for a black person sure why not but I don't think Obama is actually going to make a run for the big show yet and I haven't heard of any other black people considering a run but if they had good ideas sure they would get my vote
why not get both issues out of the way at once Condi for Pres

Jesus, of course! Definitely not Condi, though! It would have to be about who they are and what they stand for, if they have integrity, consistency, and with similiar core values to me. Oh ****, wait! This hardly exists at all in politics. Oh, well...

Nations do not try drastic things like that unless they are in trouble.
When China takes over you will see a black or girl president
