LoL... i was watching Rob&Big on MTV and they had that song, "I like to move it" its soo funni ... but whenever i listen to it i just want to move it...yah knoe wat i mean...?

I am always on a quest to find good running music. My latest favorite is "Teenagers" by My Chemical Romance. It's on the Black Parade album.

I also like "How I Could Just Kill A Man" by Rage Against The Machine
