With my second pregnancy, I bloated up badly very early on. At 4 weeks I looked about 16 weeks pregnant. But, it did settle down eventually, and I actually didn't get nearly as large a belly 2nd time around as I did with my first.

some women do feel differently within the first few weeks of pregnancy. with my second child, i knew just one week after conception. yes, my stomach felt a little bloated i guess, but mainly just different or weird, like you said.
but most women, especially with a first pregnancy, do not notice any changes that early. you can also feel that way just due to your monthly cycle.

Mine didn't. Everyone's different though, but I didn't know until I was late.
