Alright. My throat is feeling really, really hoarse right now.
Here's the story. My stomach was feeling weird 3-4 hours after eating, so I forced myself to throw up. For the first 45 minutes, it barely worked. Then it suddenly worked. And kept going. So I forced myself to stop throwing up and cleaned up everything. I felt these dry, raw bumps on the back of my tongue. When I scratched one off with a nail, it was whiteish and odd.

How do I take care of my throat and tongue?

(P.S: I realise that wasn't a wise decision.)

I understand if you forced yourselt to vomit, but how could you 'force' yourself to stop? Did you mean that you simply stopped forcing yourself to vomit, and therefore you stopped? Also, those 'bumps' on your tongue are called papillae and they are likely normal. Stop sticking your fingers in your mouth to vomit OR to scratch normal bumps off of your tongue. Brush your teeth, stop vomiting, stop sticking fingers in your mouth and you should be fine.

If your stomach hurts after you eat, take a poopoo for some odd reason it always works, even though it feels 100% like it won't.

Throwing up brings acid from your stomach into your esophaughus (sp?) which burns it. How you stomach deals with the constant acid in it is by creating mucas. So, acid in your throat...swallow some of your nose's snot next time, yea it sounds amazingly gorss but it works, and as long as it doesn't leave your body, then re-enter it's not too disgusting.

I would suggest a rinse of the mouth and throat. The stomach acid is hard on the throat and teeth. If it remains bad, then some pain reliever is about all that you can do to help this. The acid burns will take a little time to improve.

There are normal lumps on the back of your tongue these are taste buds, mucous glands and possibly also lymph nodes (I forget, but deffinately taste buds and mucous glands).

Find an anatomy book with a picture of a tongue in it (preferably a normal tongue in a living person) and compare your own tongue to that, it may ease your concern, or compare your tongue to a mate's. If it really is different then see your Dr.

It's really gross, but gargle some salt water. Just put a teaspoon in a glass of warm water. DON'T SWALLOW. Just gargle for a few seconds.

For your tongue, use a tongue brush.

No more forcing yourself to vomit! Very unhealthy.

If all else fails, call your family doctor or dentist.

Vomiting will be a minor issue if your tongue now gets infected.

Keep gargling with warm salt water.

Stomach acid is VERY powerful stuff and is capable of burning. Lets face it, it can digest a lump of raw meat!

When you are sick, you bring up a lot of tummy acid, while you have found out tastes horrible i find that if you just rinse out your mouth after, with either cold water or a mild mouth wash it helps

Rinse your mouth and gargle with some hydrogen peroxide (don't swallow). it should take the edge off of the burning sensation from all the stomach acid.
