Since life is short, we need to make it broad.;
Since life is brief, we need to make it bright;
Then keep the old Kings motto well in sight,
And let its meaning permeate each day
Whatever comes-"This to shall pass away."
Ella Wheeler Wilcox

Every indavidual has a place to fill in the world, and is importatant in some respect,wether he chooses to be or not.
Nathaniel Hawthorne

Never leave that till tomorrow, what you can do this day.
Benjamin Franklin

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somehwere ages and ages hence;
Two roads diverged in the wood,and I-
I took the one less traveled by,
And that makes all the difference.
Robert Frost

It isn't my 'role' to write your farewell speech. That said, it is clearly apparent that you wish to wish to express warm notions to those 'team-mates' in the former arena of your work-place, as you move forward into the broader 'arena'.

Use of metaphorics are profoundly applicable in the speech of yours - eg (positive), "...there's a bridge over troubled water".

Think of your value - that which you've been the recipient from others, and value that can be passed on by you to others - INSPIRATION!

Well asked question on your part - you'll provide the thoughts that YOU possess.

Doesn't need to be all that, just reminisce about all the good times you had with your collueages and talk about the things that bought you all close to one another...
