I normally buy many small gifts for my wife. A diary and photocopy photos of yourself and stick inside. A small jewellery box that are at fancy goods shops.
Hot water bottle with picture on, found in large deparment stores. Trendy slippers and socks.

Maybe vouchers for beauty treatment, to make her feel healthy.

Get her a diamond tennis bracelet, or some pearl and ruby earrings. A pretty emerald solitaire ring. A watch that looks like a bracelet. Some perfume from Victoria's secret....maybe even something pretty from Victoria's secret. I think in most cases you can't go wrong with jewelry and or perfume. Maybe you could go to Barnes and Noble and get her a beautiful book on birds....or get her a music collection that she doesn't have.

ok....... so you know what she likes, which is good, you can get her a gift certificate for a store or some blank cds if you have cd rom. Why not do something special for her though? You could always make an appointment for you both to get Chirstmas pictures done (my hubby did that for me our first year together). You could have a little mini vacation, and give her the tickets for christmas.

Buy her a GC from Victoria Secret or pick out some nice Lingerie from there. But ask a sales clerk to help you find something nice for your wife

I got mine an Ipod, a coat from LL Bean, and some photographs of our kids made into puzzles and stuff. Maybe an MP3 player and some photographs of the cockatiel made into a puzzle or put on a cup or something like that. Clothes are always good (as long as they can be taken back).

If she loves music why not get tickets to see her favourite artist also book up a hotel and make it a romantic weekend - on Christmas day just give a box of clues IE date circled on calender Cd of artist and pampering items bubble bath, chocolates sexy lingerie etc (call the box 'a box of clues' so she knows its more than just the contents and just to make sure that she doesn't get carried away with the thought that it could be longer than a weekend put a little voucher in for the cockatiel saying 'a two day holiday for ..Polly....... at .friends name.. on .26 th July 2007.' or you could get another cockatiel of the opposite sex!! whatever you do don't eat too many sprouts, have a good one!

I am guessing that you have been with your wife for some time as you are married. If you cannot think of anything to buy her, and asking for advice from a bunch of strangers, I don't think you deserve to be married to her. If my husband did not know what to buy me for christmas, I would slap him. He knows me better than thousands of people on YAHOO.

A romantic week end break way! Depending on her likes or dislikes either a modern city hotel where you can find lots to visit and a good choice of places to eat in the evening. Or my favourite would be a small intamate country hotel with log fires and a four poster bed.

Is she romantic? Sented candles along with floating candles for a romantic bath together. A gift certificate to a spa is always nice also. I hope this helped some.
