Breast Reduction surgery has become very common now. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.
Many patients travel from United States of America and UK to get low cost surgery in India. Indian corporate hospitals are comparable to hospitals anywhere in the world. In fact, India has medical facilities that are comparable with the USA, UK and Canada. India offers World Class Medical Facilities, comparable with any of the western countries. India has state of the art Hospitals and the best medical experts. With the best infrastructure, the best possible Medical facilities, accompanied with the most competitive prices, you can get the treatment done in India at the lowest prices.

Hope this helps.

Understand that if you are currently overweight, then have breast reduction, then lose weight (in that order), you may be unsatisfied (a friend of mine did this). Otherwise, breast reduction is appropriate if you are having back pains. I know others who have had this and they are very happy with the results. Good luck.

I know someone who has had one and she didn't have any problems at all. Her back feels better and she can find a-lot more cute shirts...It has been about 5 yrs. now.
My niece is also getting it in a couple of months she has huge breasts and she don't like it..She is 20 and sick of it already!
I can't blame her I have been wanting one for years now but haven't done it..I think I'm afraid of how I will feel afterwords..
We live in the U.S. so I can't help you with the surgeon!
Good luck!

I'm in the USA. One of my friends cousins had the surgery when she was about 20. It got rid of her back problems. She was much more comfortable. Now that I'm older and heavier, it makes more sense to me all the time! If you have back or other problems from your breast size, you're smart to get it done. Just make sure that you find an excellent doctor.

I have a friend who got a breast reduction because she was having back problems because of the weight of her breasts. She loves her new smaller size and doesn't feel the pain she used to.

i dated a girl that had it done, she was a DDD cup, and had to have it done due to causing back pain and stress to her body, she was not a big girl, to be honest she was a short little skinny girl. it helped her out, and the scars weren't that noticeable after about 6 months, unless you knew were to look for them. they said after a few yrs you wouldn't be able to see them at all. good luck with your decision, the only thing i suggest is that you think it through to make sure that is what you really want to do, and unless you are really top heavy, like she was you might want to look at alternative measures, such as a more supportive bra, like sports bras, and the such.

Dont! I have heard so many bad stories about breast surgery. Just think of people who would love to have big. I think you should be happy with your body and accept it the way it is.

Don't do it!
God made you the way you are.
People in third world countries do not have the luxury of breast tissue that you do.
Don't take things for granted in life.
