I am in a gift exchange that has a specific theme. I need to provide a gift for a women in her 50's that would fit in a bottle. It doesn't matter what type of bottle it is. I don't want to give her alcohol but want something different. Any thoughts?

you could try one of those bread, cookie or cake mixes in a bottle, or popcorn or candy, or even a scarf or jewelery. I was once given a pocket novel in a jar once, with a note that said the only seasoning needed was an imagination. Anything maleable can fit into some kind of jar or bottle these days.

Chanel number 5.
A really nice scarf, stuffed in a clean bottle, leave some of the scarf sticking outside the bottle.
Or a nice bottle of sparkling cider[non-alcohol]with a scarf tied around it.
By scarf,I mean one of those things that look like a big silk handkerchief.

make your own instant coffee or hot cocoa and put it in a pretty christmas bottle. There are websites out there, sorry dont remember any, that give you recipes to make different flavored ones. You could also fill a bottle with some different kinds of candy or small candy canes.

Create a personal quote desktop calendar as a gift. These are like the page-a-day, tear-off calendars however you can add your own personal entry for each day of the year. There is also a phone app edition that lets you add a personal entry and photo for each day of the year.

I'm 53 and a bottle full of M&M's would suit me fine. If you'd like to spend more money....then those tiny trial sizes of different perfumes would also be appreciated.
