My ferret had hairballs once before, and I think she may be getting them again even though I brush her often. How can I help her pass them instead of letting her go down the old route and lose weight/have diarhea for days before spitting them up and possibly choking?

they have this hairball solution at most stores. I don't know where you stay, or where you got the ferret from, but the place that i got my ferret also sells the stuff. It is a little different from the stuff used on cats, but you could always go to a petstore and ask one of the workers.

They have these hairball drops that you can put in their food. You can buy them at any petstore. I have 5 ferrets and use the drops and we don't have hairball problems anymore.
