I would have brought back Heyman so ECW could be more extreme, I would buy TNA and add the other ECW Originals there (like Shane Douglas and Rhyno) and more ECW PPVs!

I would take it back to its extreme roots without Paul in the mix. Then I would distance myself from if and have it be its own brand and not a dumping ground for Smackdown wrestlers who they dont have ideas for.

I would rehire Paul Heyman and give him total control of ECW and run it has a seperate entity from WWE programming. I would try to get a deal with a pay cable company like HBO and run it late at night so it can really be Extreme.
The key is to bring back Heyman and let him do his thing

i would give total control 2 heyman.
bring back most of the originals, dudley's, raven, shane douglas, etc.
return ecw 2 the bingo hall.
distance ecw from the wwf as far as possible. don't even talk about ecw on raw or smackdown.
more ppv's, and bring back the tv and tag titles

If you were Vince what would would you do about ECW??
Sell it along with the name and the rights to use it. He could get a bit of cash for it and then buy some wrestlers who could do just that... wrestle.

I would buy TNA and merge it together,so it can be TNA Xtreme and let it become terrible,like what WWE is doing to ECW and become the major wrestling promotion and let the TNA fans suffer from the awful WWE-TNA product.

I would fire Paul Hay Man and try to get rid of Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW).
Then all the dum wrestlers or gone like Sand Man,Saboo,That vampire (I dont know whats h'es name)

I would get rid of ECW and buy out TNA and get rid of all of their TNA wrestlers especially: Kurt Angle.
