Is man equal to what? If I know what you were trying to compare it to it would help. You said "man" which means you are comparing it to other men because then it would be "men" and not "man." :-) So what's the question again?

We all emit the same light, and that light is the Divine. We share in it equally. Man from the beginning has tried to say "I have more than he does, I am better than him." It is still the same today, and it is the disease of the mind and of culture. As a result, many will try and succeed in advancing one over the other because of this and it is the obligation of each one to himself to not let the group determine his value, but rather to find it for himself.

Do you mean are all men equal to each other? In that case morally speaking, yes. By 'men' I presume you mean humans of both genders. Absolutely yes.
