Some candidates:
Does Conway's Free Will Theorem imply that the Universe has free will or that we do not?
Are 'exceptional' people actually just 'people' & 'ordinary' people just zombies impersonating people?
Is the Big Bang Theory any other than the musings of a man that was eating toast during the early 1930s?
Is it possible that the questions about which there is most 'real' controversy (versus questions that get people yakking on like ducks around pieces of bread) are questions that most people ignore as they don't understand the words, phrases & concepts that are expressed?
Is it not only the case that 'Time Travel', as it is commonly spoken about, not only possible but happening?

I dont think there is a specific question that would be considered the MOST controversial but I think like the lady above me said, one involving religion would stir up alot, as well as one about race.
