Even though I am def not a fan of him I will say that the blame cannot all come down on just him. He is the leader and that is why whenever something goes wrong everyone turns to Bush.
However there are many people involved in making decisions in this country (even when it may not seem like it). When it comes to war the congress must vote if we should go or not. Also the President will take advice (even if it's not good advice) from his Vice President, Sec Defense, leaders of their party, ect ect.
Yes, it is the presidents name that goes on the paper but I believe that even if Bush wasn't there some of these events would have still happened (perhaps just not as bad).
We'll never know though.

Absolutely. Are you aware that so much of the hatred that anti-Americanists in other countries is not because of our way of life, but because of our military policies. And at many of the protests and rallies that these people hold, BUSH is on many of their posters. I really don't think that they hate us. They hate HIM.
