I think it would be a little difficult if you are depending on a home study course to speak fluently.
How about doing the following?
1. Do a 7 hour at home study of the linguistic aspect of English
2. An with another hour or two, practise speaking it.
3. If you have channels such as BBC or CNN, tune into it for another hour.
4. The key hear is to speak fluently not read, so the more you practise conversing with others, you will be better off.

Fluency depends on two things..
1. Knowledge of english
2. practice to speak
If u don't know english grammatically, no chance u can learn in 60 days and speak fluently.
If u know basic english grammer then u can strart "speaking practice" and can make a huge difference in 60 days.
I don't think any course would help u practice speaking english.

It depends on where you start with your English, of course. If you are almost fluent now, it might be possible. If you don't know any English, I don't think it would work, unless you spent all of your time on the course. It generally takes at least a few years for people to reach a high level of proficiency in a new language.

NO way - the fastest way would be "immersion". This means you go and live with an English-speaking family and maybe even work in an English speaking environment for at least a year or two.

axcaulyy i studied 4 years 2 b able 2 speach english influently.but, no 1 know if u ve the insisst 2 study the whole day long i thibk that u can but the important thing is that wenever 2 c sth that u dont understand u go 2 some1 who is english speciliased 4 help.do it baby.

I would think if you studied hard enough you would pick up the basics of English. but not all of the language, but enough to get by, and then the rest will come easy to you ..

helo ammu,yes ofcourse u can speak wel.if u have the determination,u can do it & u will.u know " if there is a will there is a way"................... do ur best! i hope u will speak fluentely in Eng after 60 days.try hard. don't get dissapointed even if u don't succeed.practise it again. bye.

No. It is practice that makes it perfect. So you have to be amongst those who speak in english to get it mastered.
