I have accidently deleted a folder in outlook express and would like to retrieve it as it has 3yrs worth of junior sport records ( i am a coach )

uh ohhhhhh
I would go to the help section of outlook express
search for deleted files/retrieve deleted/ something like that
perhaps there is a way to get it back - I am not sure
If and when you do, get a memory stick for your USB port and save a copy into the stick. and resave every month.
"save as" and point the computer to the stick

Unless you run backups on your machine and more specifically for Outlook you can consider that folder lost. Sorry to be the messenger of bad news.

1-Check if it is possible to retrieve it from recyclebin folder.
2-Open your computer in dos mode
Use undelete command
change question mark to appropriate character
