For example - when I open an e-mail I get only the headers - the rest of the e-mail is blank. Another example - when I try to download software - I can only get from the beginning - to a blank white screen. So, in actuality, nothing happens.

2. try mozilla or fire fox
3. try the system restore if u are using windows xp.

Go to: Start>Control Panel. Click on Add/Remove Programs. Click Add/Remove Windows Componets. Uncheck Internet Explorer, and click OK. After it's done, go back in, re-check it, and click OK. Now, this should have un-installed and re-installed your Internet Explorer software.

Delete cookies and the temporary files and if even this do nto work repair and reinstall internet explorer on the system.

If this is a recent thing, maybe you have viruses or spyware. You should check for that using a reputable virus blocker and spyware detector.

first u reinstall IE. there may be memory problem it that is then u increase RAM
