I am not too sure on why you want to give this person any money, especially one that you have met on-line. Whatever the matter though, Pay Pal is an account that a person opens up to make payments from, and to receive payments into. I do believe that there is an age limit you have to be as well to open an account.
If this person is of good merit, and you still want to give her money for whatever reason, then just transfer it into her bank account. But again, for whatever reason this person needs the money, do not give it to support a bad habit, or to support any criminal activity. A true friend will help in other ways.
Cash is never ever good to give to anyone you don't call a close family member. >>>> If you are asking us on-line citizens if you should trust her, then don't trust her at all. Trust and respect has to be earned, not demanded. <<<<

Do you like getting screwed over, because that's what you'll get if you go through with it without PayPal.

you shouldn't be asking for soompi help on yahoo answer. lols check out the other answer i posted for your soompi help. also, please please read the soompi selling/trading guide. the people who answered don't know what your talking about. x] if by saying you promised her, i believe that you have already confirmed for your item. please do update and tell me which user you bought from.
also...i forgot one more thing. if you've already confirmed for your item you cannot back out. otherwise you may be BAD BUYER LISTED by the seller if she states that in her rules.
