My OB recommends exercise that doesn't involve "ballistic movement" (ie: bouncing).

Some specifics he recommends are walking, elliptical trainers, stationary bikes (no "real" bikes in late pregnancy due to ballance issues and the danger to the baby if you fall or get hit), SWIMMING, cross-country skiing, yoga, etc.

I have worked out in the gym during all 3 pregnancies and jogged on the treadmill up until a few days before I went into labor. Listen to your body and you should be fine, as long as you are not on limited activity or high risk you should be fine. My trainer has me jog 10 & power walk for 10 I do it for 30 to 50 min, as much as I can handle that day. If you feel any tghting in the tummy or side cramping as well as back pain stop immediatly! If you are still consierned ask your OB. Best of luck
