I think that pretty much sums it up though I am sure not in the way you wanted to manipulate perceptions thru this kind of question. For if your equation is accepted as being true. Then equally World - UN = USA or in other words the only differnce between the World and the UN is the USA. Which is a neat way and very accurate way of suggesting that we have put ourselves in such a pitiful situation that everybody else is against us.
