Well, what is she like?
I suggest that you get her something that will have personal meaning. Try and figure out something that she absolutely adores. And then exemplify that adoration in a gift.
Just try and think of something that has a lot of significance in her life.
Or you could just buy her something you know she needs.

A hamper you make yourself full of things that she would use. Things like shortbread and teabags, jam and marmalade. If she is in a nursing home. Nice soaps and powders and fancy facewashers.

Pictures. Take family pictures. Hands down that would make Granny happy. The more family (and babies) you can get into the pictures the better. And if you wear the clothes she has bought...EVEN better.

How about time for the two of you. Take her to eat somewhere, or fix her favorite. Spend time with her, let her know how things have been.
Having time with you, would be the best gift!
