Don't worry. Time has gone when only college degrees are required because there are government jobs only. Now the field is open for every body who have the knowledge. If you have done some specilisation in any field , you just explain all and write in the resume what you can do and what is the ablity to do and what challange you can able to accept without any pessimistic opinion. You are better than the person who have the degrees what no knowledge in practical field. Go further without any fear and challenge the person who have the degrees in the field in which you have the knowledge.
