There is no way you'd get your money back because gambling is considered a legal transaction in Vegas and in all of Nevada. If you're a jerk about it, the casinos have every right to have their security guards throw you out.
The best thing for you to do is to decide how much you can afford to spend on gambling before you even start. Once you reach that limit, quit!
If you want to try to get some rewards for the amount you spend, get a players club card for the casino you're in and use it. If you spend enough, you can get some pretty nice comps.

it's guaranteed they won't give you your money back...the whole casino thing is all about making money for themselves...the machines are rigged to "hit" every so often, to keep the person thinking "oh, did you see how close that was? I bet the next roll is gonna hit"...that's what keeps the people hooked on spending..the reason for the "ugly" carpet is to lure the customer to look up...the ceilings are plain to keep the person's attention down..all the lights, the fresh air, to keep you awake and alert..my advice is, say you're going to Vegas with 3 grand...store away 2 grand somewhere where you won't spend it, like a hotel safe box, so you know you won't over spend..cuz temptation's a mo'fo' if you have the money in your pocket :)

In my opinion, gambling is like anything else -- it can become a sin if you let it overtake your life. If you are able to play a few games of Bingo strictly for fun, I don't think there's anything wrong with that. But if you start neglecting your family, your church, and your prayer time with God in order to play Bingo more ... that's where the problem comes in.

Oh my god... that might be the funniest question i have seen yet. If you are afraid to lose you shouldn't gamble. That was the sagest advice I received from a friend's uncle.

of course not. however look at www.lasvegasadvisor.com and also do things way off the strip where the locals go. much better deal.
Also, if you learn the basic strategy of blackjack, you play a long time while losing slowly.

Ha ha ha! Lol. You need to choose a different vacation destination. I bet you won't tip your cocktail waitresses when they bring you drinks, either.
Just don't bring more money than you want to lose. It's that simple.
