i did that one year, except mine was a "hollywood" theme,
my best suggestion is doing names of rockstars that everyone knows like Blondie[Debby Harry], the members of Kiss, Metalica, or even most recent like Nickleback, Fall Out Boy, or AFI. Or you could do,this might sound cheesy but, "name that song" or musical chairs with your favorite songs. Keep the music rolling and most likly you guys might not play games cuz you'll like hanging out too much, keep video games and movies open to ideas though too just in case. hmmm, well not really a rock star fan, but an idea that i think would be cute, is if you had party bags for afterward, you could put little guitar keychains in them. That would be cool, and the guests would like it. Also, go to orientaltrading.com and they might have some cute stuff, maybe.

you should just invite your closest friends over for a slumber party or something. if you wanted to through a party than through a pool party. everybody likes a pool party. if you dont have a pool.....throw a slumber party
