Their charges vary a little from 1% to 1.5%, depending on bank and the size of the deal. But be careful, some banks charge quarterly fees as well, so read their rules carefully.

Banks enter the consutancy arena through their subsidiaries, such as icici capital markets etc. The charges always depend on the size of the deal.
