On a fine sandpaper, preferably metal. Dont make it too sharp or it will just cut the hair in half as though you used a pair of scissors. That would look funny, especially if you were tweezing out stray eyebrow hairs.

there is a special type of grinding like rock that works on metal of course its not totally rock you can find this at homedepot

on a little sand paper...angle them to the tip you want to shape them as...only takes a minute...they sharpen up quick w/ sandpaper..
