Are women related with unproffessionalism still? Especially in an IT industry?

Whatever women do to srive hard ,they still asked to get back with "The knitting business" and looked upon as "sex tools" at offices, what is the real state?Is there a way of improvisation?

The vast majority of modern workplaces are not like that. If that is your workplace, you should find a new job.
