Natty Dread: means a person with dreadlocks, and it is also the name of a Bob Marley album released in 1974.

Natty Dread is a spiritually charged political and social statement.
like all them reggae music of that time.....

catfight is pretty much right.you might be interested in a movie called rockers.its set in the ghettos of jamaica back in the early days of reggae and dialog is in the slang of the time.in the features of the movie they give translations of alot of common phrases you may be curious of.its a great movie.
