Ok, there's a girl in our band thats really hot, and I like her alot. I know she likes me too, because I can go up to her and just say hi, and she comes over and hugs me and stuff like that. I went to a party last night, and she happened to be there as well, so we slow danced with each other. Also, im great friends with her older brother. The one problem is, she's a Morman, which means she can't date until she's 16. I definately have time to wait 2 years until I can ask her, it will be early-middle of my senior year, she will be a junior. Is there anything I can do to make her see me more, despite that I will be waiting 2 years until I can ask her out? I can ask her out on a date or to go out and do something, but I probably can't ask her to be serious with me until she's 16.

I'm answering this as a Mormon myself (but I'm a 52 year old male). Most logicial would be to look into her faith, there are so many myths about us you wouldn't believe it. Two you would be welcome at most church functions and there are so many you could see a lot of her there.

Sometimes the best relationships are simply forged through strong friendships. One of the most common things I think lead to bad relationships is the whole idea of rushing into the thing. You've indicated that you enjoy this person a great deal... explore the waters more, take it slow, and most of all... just chill with her. While you do that, I'm pretty sure you could hint at what level you wish to take the relationship. Depending on what impression you get after that... what can I say? Just go from there.

okay, im morman too.
so i have a question for you. how much do you like her? becuase if she's a good morman, she wont date until she's suppose to. but i think this girl might make a small exception for you. i hate to say lie because it would be going against everthing but maybe you could just let her parents think your friends. you could hang out at her house and stuff, but you could still like meet up at the mall and stuff. no one would ever know... sshh, you didnt hear this from me LOL
but hey man, you better not be expecting anything from her b/c she isnt gonna give in, and i know you know what i'm talkin about, pal.

Just try and not date for two more years. Its highly inappropriate to ask her out when she's only 14 years old. No, I am not a lecturer if u're gonna ask. U can go out with her, but make sure that its somewhere appropriate so she won't disobey her own religion. Good Luck!>_<
