umm..you know...this is the Comics&Animation section..and your question doesn't have anything to do with it...but i'll try to help anyway...
ok..after a bit of a research (you should have done that in the 1st place)..i found this website http://www.sosanimals.com/adoption.htm ...so i guess you can adopt them there...but if i were you...i can always just pick up any stray cats and take them home to care for...that's what my family and i sometimes do if we lost any of our cats...

Check around HDB areas, on the street, near food-centres, near wet markets or search car-parks. Sure can find few cute ones.
