The US government must listen to what their citizens are demanding because it is the will of the people.

Protesters are just that - protesters. You are given and allowed the right to do that by our constitution and the very people that you are protesting against.
However, protesting doesn't necessarily mean or represent the will of the people. The KKK often protests too. Does this mean that hatred of all Black persons is the will of the people?

The protests for Iraq have paled in comparison to the Vietnam protests, at least so far.

The government is accountable to the corporations and super wealthy of america BEFORE the people. It is good economics they tell me,,,,,,,,,,
