there was this old man in the sports club gym who used to show me pics of people having sex from magazines and while i was looking at them he used to touch my private parts and stick his tongue but with my clothes on.....so does that mean i was sexually abused?

It depends on your age and if you consented.
If you were an adult, and felt you had a choice (you weren't going to lose your job, or be beaten or killed), and consented, then I'd say you weren't technically abused.
But if you were a minor, the age at which the law presumes a person has the physical, emotional and sexual maturity to make an informed adult decision to enter into sexual activity differs from country to country, state to state. So even if you gave your consent, if you were a minor, in many places what happened to you would be labeled sexual abuse.
The main thing is, do you feel that you were exploited? Do you have symptoms of sexual abuse that are affecting your life? Such as: depression, anxiety, obsession, compulsion?
Or : flashbacks, nightmares, emotional numbing, social/sexual problems, hypervigilance, memory loss, additions?
Usually women would view what happened to you as sexual abuse. Men often label such an event a "sexual initiation", but I think men don't like to admit that they have been exploited, since it's not socially acceptable. If you'd been my kid, I would have labeled what happened to you as sexual abuse and would have done everything I could to get the guy thrown into jail. Who knows how many lives this man has messed up, if he did this when you were a minor?

Okay I'm sorry but the question isn't only stupid I just don't have any words for it. You know that's wrong and your asking if it's abuse (wrong) ? Yes of course and honestly I know you know the answer to this maybe you liked it? yes it means you were sexually abused.
even if you had your clothes on its still abuse.
he touched your private parts that's sexual abuse.
you should report that guy right away.
what if he does this to someone else, and they feel like you .
you have the power to stop it
tell someone about it right away they will believe you ,and you will feel better because you took back the power he took from you.
