Yes it is very possible, infant tylenol as well as baby oragel can help with the pain, also try the ice rings, his pacifier will also comfort him somewhat, just have something around that's safe for him to chew on, I don't know why but this has helped every baby I've ever been around.

Both mine had teeth by the four month mark. It's very possible yours could be teething. But just because he is teething now, it may take a while for teeth to come in. My first also lost his first tooth at 4 yrs old - not sure if there was a connection there but it fell out because the adult tooth was right there following it.
Also consider ear infections (esp if he is bottle-fed) or a cold ('tis the season).

Both of mine babies had teeth show around 6 months, so I would say at about 5 months is when the fussiness and crankiness started. Some babies will also get a runny nose, non-stop, with teething. Tylenol will help, teething rings, you can also purchase teething tablets that will help to numb up the gums.

Definately could be time for a tooth.
Mine had their first between 3 and 4 1/3 months. Drooling is a good sign also.

It acutally depends on the baby but yes he could be teething at this age. It could also be an ear infection or a cold. Or he could be just down right cranky...

Teething is different for each child. I have known a friend of mine whose daughter got her 1st tooth at 3 months.

every baby is different some r early bloomers some late but which ever ur child is enjoy ever first everything because truly time flys and they grow so rapidly so let nature take its course and just monitor his/hers gums by rubbing across them with ur finger every other wk or two to c if there r any raised bumps
enjoy motherhood
i love u and that's the truth

Could be! Mine started getting his teeth at 5 months... it took a good month of fussiness before we finally saw one... Tylenol helps their pain a little. Thats really the only thing that will help my son somewhat with his pain. :(

It possibly could be....
My friend's baby came out at 3 and a half.
Well, he could be cranky for many reasons, ask your pediatrician.
