I'm tired of hearing how OSU beat two #2s. Texas lost to K St. and Texas A&M. Michigan had an easy schedule too.

neither team played any quality teams. its easy to beat a Tx team with a freshman qb and not to mention their best shutdown corner was suspended for the game. yea people will talk bout they were on the road but i've been to games at Austin and it isn't a very hostile crowd. other than Michigan OSU didn't play any other good teams. Mich played a Notre Dame team that's way over rated and a Wis who did go 11-1 but who did they play!!!! If Tx didn't have their qb go down to K St. they would have won out and prolly had been in the Championship game. back when they had only one lose to OSU, FL was only ahead by .009 of a point over Tx. no quality wins for Big 10 teams at all.

In a contest pastime, some thing can take position. Like they say, at the same time because it involves this, throw all of your stats out of the window. sport enthusiasts oftentimes play previous their "universal" means and capacity and are pumped as plenty as beat their archrivals. Neither Chad Henne nor Mike Hart has ever overwhelmed Ohio State, and that i'm useful that they have got were given each and each and every and each and each and every of the motivation to do it of their very very last attempt. Michigan isn't playing for the nationwide % out anymore. interior the adventure that they win out till finally then, they in line with probability playing for the great 10 % out. even with the truth that, OSU may opt to win out and play for both the great 10 % out and probable shifting into the nationwide championship pastime; for this reason, they have extra to lose. the rigidity should be extra on them than on Michigan. Michigan can play a spoiler function. i imagine Michigan will beat OSU this 12 months and Lloyd Carr will then call it occupation, and a regime replace will take position. bypass BLUE !!!

Obviously the Texas win didn't mean a whole lot since Texas is #19 in the BCS. The Michigan win was definitely a quality win since they are still ranked #3.

Texas had a lot of hurt players, and they were in the cold, AWAY, and they had a backup FRESHMAN Q-B who had barely played, fumbled twice, had a kick blocked, and still almost came away with a win. Texas A&M is at least decent, but still had a lot of cheap calls against Texas, and STILL almost came back.

As for Michigan, it was a close game against OSU at home.

Hook em' Horns!

I guess we'll find out when OSU, UM, and Wisconsin all lose their bowl games. Maybe then everyone will quit following the ESPN bandwagon and watch games from different conferences so that they can form their own, EDUCATED opinions, not just spew regurgitated crap over and over.

The Gators WILL beat OSU and their prissy QB (2500 yds and win the Heisman, what a joke!!!)

Stupid question and Michigan is still prob the 2nd best team in the land. For the idiot who said that they would smoke them on a neutral turf, you obviously did not watch their first game which The OSU only won by 3 but could have won by 17 easily. You are an idiot.

Yes they were quality wins.
Florida did have a tougher schedule but Michigan still beat Notra Dame very badly and was Wisconsins only loss.
It'll pan out on 01/08/07

At the time, Texas was the second best team, and Michigan is still the second best team. I don't want a rematch though. Go Bucks.

people dont realise the the two most overrated teams are MICHIGAN AND OHO ST. their"quality" wins are not worth a ****. notre dame isnt very good, wisconsin is unproven, texas turned out to be a flop, neither one of these teams has really played anyone, they are just as overrated as they say notre dame is.
