I also dont know..I usually wonder y not?I m from India and I hav seen many English movies in Star Movies but it has never shown Harry Potter...But I think POGO has shown Harry Potter movies... And wat others say It may b shown in ABC n HBO only...Where r u from?

movies 1-3 were shown on ABC Family.

Well they just were shown on ABC, 1-3 were shown but not the 4th one.

It's funny that you ask that because just last night I was watching Harry Potter (the third one) on t.v right after watching the first two, 2 days ago. They come quite often on t.v. here.

They've come on tv all the time (1-3) with regular versions cut and extended versions, try ABC Family, it comes on there for all the time.

I think it is because a lot of religious people think that Harry Potter is "devil worship," and are against it, although what they don't know is that it is filled with moral stories about being "good," and treating others well. I think it should be on TV. Its great to have so many people interested in reading and loving literature again, even if it is pulp and serial.
