What is the secret to this? All your pregnancy weight is gone just 10 days after the baby is born? The best way to lose weight after your baby is born is to breastfeed. I was back to my prepregnancy weight in 3 months. How can it be safe to lose 20-30 or more in just 10 days? I think the best way is to watch what you eat, exercise and don't overdue it. The 10 days you are concentrating on baby fat should be on your new bundle of joy.

This definately looks like an advertisement. Also, your link doesn't work.

Congrats in your youngster! First off all even though are you breastfeeding? This is mostly the first-class method and that is how nature meant it to be. Being a "dairy queen" makes use of up such a lot power you'll discover your self hungry always consume a lot no longer obtain any weight and your youngster will likely be fitter. I breastfed my youngster excluxisively for three months and I misplaced all of the weight even as nonetheless consuming the for the period of being pregnant quantities plus the treats. If you're no longer breatfeeding then the average factor will paintings: Cut down the energy, undertaking and you'll get there. Swimming is well.
