Monica & Rachel were younger than Ross and Chandler, and I'm guessing Pheobe and Joey were the same age, so I'm guessing Monica & Rachel were in their early 20s while Chandler & Ross where about 4 yrs older. Joey had been a struggling actor for 5yrs in NY so maybe he's a yr younger than Ross and Chandler. And I'm just guessing Pheobe is the same age as Joey.

i would say 20's to 30's. ross has a doctorate and woked as a palientologist (probobly mis-spelled). so based on the amount of time it takes to get a doctorate ross would be about 28. chandler and ros were college buddies in the same class in high school so chandler would be about the same age as ross. monica is ross's younger sister and rachelles best friend of the same class in high school also. so monica and rachelle would be about 25. phoebe is about the same age so i guess she would be 25 also. joey would also be about the same age a chandler and ross because he had been a struggling actor in ny for 5 or more years.

The youngest should have been like 21. So they were Adults in College range, clear of High School but not old enough to be weighed down by responciablities. So 21-26 range is probably what they intended.

thats a really good question. b/c ross was married, rachel was about to, and everyone had finished college. so i'm guessing no younger than 25. but then that means that they would have been around 35-37 years old when the show ended. and that just doesn't seem right. so idk.
