customer care is poor but plans are best.

In my opinion BSNL is the best one,spread all over the country side.It is state owned provider with all sorts of variety facility with it.However AIRTEL is another private owned having major % of market share of mobile phone user.

all service provider have different quality, except Delhi and Mumbai BSNL is better and in Dalhi and Mumbai Hutch is good but in roaming Airtel is good. In CDMA Reliance is better
