I was once asked if I knew a doctor. When I said yes she said, "Well that's good because my heart just skipped a beat." I was astonished. I couldn't even understand how it was supposed to be a pick up line. I didn't even respond I just sat there looking at her until she walked away. Best part of the night.....

Doesn't really answer your Q, but I am reminded of the best comeback to a pickup line I ever heard.
She just looked at the guy, a complete stranger, and said, "I hate you already."

best~ first time I met my man he swore up and down that he knew me somehow. he just kept insisting. he still swears it. he tells me now that he must have seen me in his dreams. lol corny but I love it

the best one for me was my senior yr in high school the guy infront of me dropped a note on my desk and it said what would you do if i covered yourbody in whipped cream, well i responded the only proper way, I said would you promise to lick it off. well we started dating, he sucked in bed and yes he did lick it all off but he still sucked in bed,lol
