hairspray - soak up the stain with a good amount of hairspray, let it dry, and rewash it - don't dry it until the stain's gone

Lysol spray.....put paper towels under the stain in the pants, spray the stain and push the ink into paper towels underneath with paper towels...for some reason Lysol spray takes ink out....it did out of a silk jumper of my daughters, but I would try the WD-40 if you have some, that may work too.....(but you will have to Really wash them if you use that, the smell is pretty strong, and its kinda oily-ish)

the ink may have set depending on what type of ink it was but you can try a product called winning colors sold at Home Depot..

I think It'd be best to use Oxy-Clean or take it to a dry cleaners.
