Honesty. Integrity. Loyalty. Effective communication. Unconditional love. The ability to talk about the little things with the same intensity as the big things. Sense of humor. Financial stability. Most divorces happen because of financial difficulties. Once you marry, their credit prblems become your credit problems. Shared interests. Being supportive of one another.

Love is saying "You first." opening the car door, saving the last piece of chocolate cake. Love is talking honestly about the checkbook and feeling hurt.

Race,
Politics, though not as much.
