I think it's the big projection screen they used to have at the Houston Astro Dome, it was kinda neat.

Astro projection is a variety of Astral Projection in which you physically put yourself in a place where the only exit out toward the sky is a very small hole that, at a certain time of the year and night, if you looked out of the hole it would act like a telescope. When you successfully Astral Project, this tends to launch your Astral Body out the hole, thru the Astral Layer corresponding to the Atmosphere, thru the Astral Layer corresponding to space, to the Astral Layer corresponding to the vicinity of that star.
It was a part of the lost mystery of king-making of Egypt, after which they started having Pharoahs.
I hope that helps!!!
((Stephen above, I think you mean 'meditation', and yes, spelling is quite important.
Also, don't expect to begin Astral Projection and get results in a few hours, it can take months to learn. ))

Astro-projection is the ability to "send" your soul out of your body and observe things, whether in the same room or across the world.

Astro-projection is dangerous. Given that you can pull it off I mean.
They should put big danger signs on all the information for that.

I think you are referring to astral-projection which is a part of mediation. There are several good books and web-sites about it, but make sure to spell it right. Good luck.
