The best you can do is watercooling, for your CPU & Gfx Card.

I don't usually say stuff like this, but I must agree with the previous answer, why are you sinking money into a cooler for a video card that old. Even if you managed to overclock it to 3 times its original settings, it would still be worthless. The liquid cooling would help cool the CPU, but again there is really no point in putting money into overclocking with parts that are so old that overclocking will not help anyway.

"Best" is a subjective term. If you want maximum air flow you want to shop for a CPU fan with a very high CFM number, but that usually comes at the expense of increased noise in db. Globalwin makes some kick butt CPU fans/coolers. You can always add in some sound dampening material to the inside of your system case.

Why bother sinking money in to a cooler, when you can get a better video card fairly cheap?

oh dear.....oh dear.... why would anyone chance blowing up their computer just to get a few more mhz out of it... that don't make any difference one bit...

I hope you have plenty of money cause when your cpu over heats it melts everything on the motherboard
