Unplug your computer first. they are pretty easy to install just make sure the specs for your motherboard supports the memory and video card you purchase, check on line forums for answers on your particular motherboard and video card combination.
Memory is easy to install normally the are clips on each side and there is a cut out on the bottom of the memory board that needs to match up.
the video card is PCI or AGP.
AGP normally has clip on the slot it slides in and PCI will slide into a shorter connector and both are secured by a screw on your computer case. contact me and I could guide you threw it.

Hi there

A good place to buy computer components is www.novatech.com

They sell a whole range of computer components.

To install more RAM you will need to open up your compyter's case, locate the RAM inside your machine and, if you have an available RAM slot you can install more RAM. You will need to check the type of memory you have installed before buying. You could check with your computer retailer or manufacturer to see what memory you have so that you know what to buy. I have just bought a new machine but when I had my last machine, my sisters used to play the sims 2 on it and it didn't run too bad on 512 MB of RAM. My new machine has 1 GB of RAM but I don't know how well it runs as yet.

You have to purchase, 512 mb or 1g RAM, and 128 or 256 mb of Video Card to your nearest computer store. Might be expensive but what is money if we enjoyed much and our life. Just consult also your prob to your nearest computer store for some recommendation...

Are the pins made up of the comparable stuff? There are gold and tin connectors.. in the experience that your previous memory replaced into tin, and the hot is gold, that must be the priority... compatibility.. attempt between the 512 at a time, you're starting to be a foul module... if it needs to be in pairs, you may placed a 256 and a 512 in there mutually.... they do no longer might desire to be the comparable length. And, who's the uneducated loser who in basic terms thumbs down'd each stable answer in this question?

For RAM visit
http://www.computermemoryupgrade.net/types-of-computer-memory-common-uses.html
http://www.howstuffworks.com/ram.htm
and for the Video card, simplybuy a 7000 series of GeForce card that fits your pocket. At least 1GB is required and if you can afford more, then 2G should suffice.
