that really makes you feel ... well, victimized , i guess. I had people who I thought were freinds, come back after they knew I left, and steal a bunch of stuff from me, and go thriough personal letters from girlfreinds, and my dressers and files. I wasted no time in telling the cops who they were and where they lived, and still had to do most of the footwork myself to get my stuff back. but the worst was them reading my letters, and going through things that werent meant for them. At least two of them spent time in prison, tho. seems they did it quite often to people they would befreind, and then rob.

This happened to one of my friends. She asked the person if she would buy some of her dresses. One day, the girl had the nerve to wear one when she thought my friend wasn't home. My friend told her she had one just like it and to come in she would show it to her! Of course, she asked where she had bought it and how much, etc... The girl was so embarrassed she didn't know where to turn. And my friend told her she wouldn't need anyone anymore to clean her closets or house sat. And she escorted her out. She did not want to accuse her of stealing but she made it clear enough without saying it!
Personnally, I had a friend who gave my alarm system code number to someone to come and steal at my home while I was at work. Needless to say. I told that person I never wanted to see her again EVER... Something was stolen which was hidden and only that person knew about it! That's how I knew who it was! But I had no proof and could not accuse him of theft! Very upsetting after knowing that person for over twenty years!

My niece used to steal my clothes when she was a teenager. what really got to me is that she would pretend not to have them and i would find them when I went to my sister's house all dingy and ruined. she pissed me off!
