Since you mention Microsoft Firewall, I assume you're using Windows XP SP2.
Click Start -> Control Panel -> Windows Firewall* -> Exceptions.
*This is in the "Security Center' Icon if you're using category view
You can add/edit/remove programs and ports there.

In XP, go to the Contraol Panel and select the security center. At the bottom, click on Firewall setting. The options you want should be in the second tab of the window that pops up.
