It's a natural part of being human. Celebrities are shown to the world, they make it big, they're talented, beautiful, wealthy (some of them) and us average people admire that. Teenagers are drawn to the rich and famous because they dream of that future for themselves- its just a normal part of growing up.
Your question sounded sort-of intelligent (except, of course, for the horrible spelling) until you added the extra information. Fangirls and Fanboys get on my nerves from time to time too, but hey, let them love their celebrity role models, 'kay?

i think it is because ppl get inspired by them. i am currently infatuated with Billie Joe Armstrong from green day and i almost met him in Nashville last year. i did meet part of the band. i dont think it is stupid at all.

Its called admiration. They are are role models. I agree that we shouldn't cross a certain line but I don't see anything wrong with having a role model.
