does anyone know how to start from step 1 to actual selling it.
branded rejected items (small flaws, can't even tell where).
and is it "LEGAL" to sell rejected items online? pls advice, thank you. residing in china

There's always eBay and the other auction sites. You can probably set up your own website but make sure that you are telling people that the items you are selling are flawed, rejected items. If you don't, then you ARE selling illegally.

Why not. Philippine market all over the island is flooded with second hands and they are saleable.
